Finally we get some long awaited inside footage of inside the manor house. Facilitated by an open window and lucky timing avoiding mr security guard (yes 24/7 security with a big black dog - you were warned!)~
We also visited the UFO investigations section known as "Flying Complaints Flight" and their "Registry"

Really good video, I live in Bath so this is close by and I've always wanted to explore it. My dad was stationed here in the late 80s early 90s, he was an RAF engineer officer, I've asked him about it and he said it was a lot more mundane than the 'Britain's area 51' reputation it has!

Hi, I've been watching these videos on CCC after all of the recent developments and the need to electrify Box tunnel. Everyone knows about Burlington, but the fact its still in use raises many questions. I grew up in Colerne, and always remembered playing in the woods and finding a mine. The entrance to this mine, was as the crow flies. About 200 yards from the barracks main gate. We decided to go down there, and it is remarkably similar to that which you would see in the entrance to Burlington. Anyway, one day. The MOD came out whilst we were at the entrance to the mine and warned us that it is very dangerous and could collapse on us. We left, and when we went back the next time. The hole was blocked up. Being a kid at the time, we believed it was a mine. Now though, I believe it was part of Burlington. The entrance we got through, was just a small hole at the bottom of a large stone cliff about 30ft in height and the inside of it was absolutely massive. More in reply.

Looking back on it, there is no way that was an entrance to a mine. There was no entrance there at all. It was a hole which had unintentionally formed due to weathering and gave an entrance to something underground. If only we had explored deeper into it to discover what was down there, because the direction it went was that in the direction of the barracks. Seeing how quick they covered it back up, now makes me think we had actually discovered something much more significant. Colerne is just as suspicious as CCC and Rudloe manor and they are all alligned geographically.

Lovely old buildings :) I do hope they get put to good use and not just knocked down or left to rot. It holds a lot of history and secrets. It annoys me when they block up parts in empty buildings because what exactly is it hiding? I used to love exploring abandoned places when I was young. The old MOD Aquila in Bromley (where my grandad worked) is now a housing estate but am sure there were tunnels that joined up with Chislehurst caves. Funny how people live in houses not knowing the history of the area or that there are tunnels underneath lol

My mum was a WAAF plotter here during the war and was on duty here whilst Bath was raided. She said the bombers kept coming towards them and the went overhead to bomb Bath. She went into Bath the next day. Her diary says "there were only eighty odd killed so it wasn't too bad". But to keep this in context she had worked for British Oxygen in Greenwich through the Blitz and had seen a lot worse. Crazy to see how people can adapt to terrible situations and keep on.

You should put your own remote signal move detectors to the traffic lines that leads to the site, Gates of the area , and receiv yourself a wqrning when security comes to the site too. Then only go hide and be quiet wait for other signal to know they have left and then left the site for that week. Also some fence rattler or noicemaker set up so you can remotely put that noicemaker to yell in the bushes while you run to the oppisite direction for safe.

Rudloe Manor used to be a college for training Air Traffic Controllers certainly in the 80’s. Edit: also used in the 90’s for training Air Traffic Controllers.

Visited here recently, was spotted by a plain clothed couple walking a Huskey and 2 German Shepherds, they monitored us through the fence, an old chap then came and hunted us in the woodland area and was told there's nothing there and too leave. He did name drop you though and didn't seem like he was a big fan of yours 😂. They seem to be doing alot of renovation inside with builders scattered around. Have you ever visited the small abandoned complex down White Ennox Lane or the underground Pillbox near Neston? Would love to get some information on them as can't find a trace online?

There have been rumours from friends that there are underground storage there and it's supposed to be where investigations are carried out from! TBH I can't see it as there used to be a lot of live firing exercises carried out there so there could / probably is unexploded ordnance laying around? Plus the village is open to the public a few days a year but you can't leave the pathways, I would be more inclined to believe that it is at the old barracks in Leak in Staffordshire, heavily guarded barracks with a couple of huge hangers that meld into their surroundings! My reason for saying this is I have had a couple of good friends that I trust 100% that have stated something funny is going on there "Why new Hangers when the base is supposed to be derelict , and why is it so heavily guarded?" I am waiting for a response from another friend who would know what is going on "IF" anything! Good luck

@@delzek1 Thanks for that , interesting ! . I'll take a look at it . Lookout mountain air base at the end of laurel canyon was said to have made 10 times as many films as Hollywood . There was film stars going in and out of there all the time , and of cause Laurel canyon was famous for the hippies and the hippy music scene . The CIA agent Frank Zappa was running that side of things . That base was sold off , which makes me wonder if they have moved these operations away from military bases .

I had the same as well but what I was told is the entrance is covered to look like a sewer drain. I also heard that there is is a recently new Underground bunker situated in London under the Olympic Stadium the story I was told was that there was five tanning machines and only three of them came out two of them m&r still down there are or what someone said to me is they could have made it to the other side to wherever they lead too.

I don't get why people have a problem with the music it sets the mood, its not like its too loud its nice and ambient. I think all of those fireplaces would of been behind plaster I think thats why they look as old and badly kept as they do. Its odd how they've ripped absolutely everything out unless they are planning to renovate. I dont know much about the history of this place other than the fact it was a UFO report handling RAF HQ but it looks like it used to be a private household manor before the RAF took over you would think if there was an underground there would be a small hanger or large garage to cover it. I have seen some of the lifts going into the old mine and whilst there compact i dont think their would of been an opening in the manner you would presume that was Administration.

I suspect he may have been. I have seen and heard loads regarding these sites over the years and 80% was nonsense and hype by people who heard rumours and Chinese whispers etc. The reality of the site is exciting enough and the fact it has underground stuff at Site2 and the UFo connections... all fascinating.

Went there yesterday, I got in through the old gate and climbed the fence that was coated in tar.. went through some of the buildings but theres nothing really there anymore and they have a guard around the manor but I never saw them.. Just the car and theres a single camera that faces the main enterance of the manor driveway.. The tunnel is suppose to be at the roundabout in the driveway but I just saw concrete and pretty sure its sealed up now.
