Proper procedures to ensure the sample well is clean, dry, and temperature control is properly operation. Instrument is "blanked" prior to measurement, sample loaded, and instrument is set to measure. Procedures for complying with 21CFR either automatically or manually are explained. Instrument can also be networked for storage on a remote drive.
