This section of Rudra Gitam comes in Srimad Bhagavatam Canto 4 Chapter 24 titled “ Chanting the song sung by Lord Śiva”
Lord Śiva is celebrated as the Parama Vaishnava in the holy scriptures. His mercy is inevitable for attaining Bhakti. He is called Ashutosh (the most compassionate / the one who is easily pleased / the greatest of givers).
