As I listened to this, my mind suddenly went completely silent and meditative at the same time as I felt intense energy in my base chakra, which quickly traveled up to all the other chakras until I felt completely lit up. It happens quite frequently though, especially when I chant healing mantras, think on the divine and things that make me feel very happy. I feel it in my spine, but most intensely in my chakras and nervous system or Meridians which always start at the base chakra. Is that considered an activated or awakened kundalini or is it something else?

Beej means seeds if you pronounce it properly means sowing in correct way you will reap the results . for some things like these we have to blindly follow. just like how we have food every day we don't see how the eaten become blood flesh and waste. so don't bother about meaning just blindly chant we will see a glorious light .
