No brother. Permit was asked from us at all the permit required points. Including khardungla. It's RTPCR which is not required.

Best time to visit Ladakh is 1. April to July - This is the time when the temperature is best to travel Ladakh 5 to 30 °C. 2. September - This needs to carefully planned as it a monsoon season in Ladakh and Landslides and Indus and Zanskar rivers gets swell up and may lead to flood like situations in some areas.
