My teacher, the tenor Manlio Rocchi in this video, was a vocalist specializing in Rossini, Bellini, Mozart, and Baroque opera. He also used it as a spinto vocalization technique for his teacher. I confidently assess that this vocalization method belongs to the authentic Italian vocalization method. This vocalization method is no different from the Melocchi singing method. Many people misunderstand that this vocal method is a dramatic vocal method due to the fact that Mr. Melocchi's student was Mario del Monaco, but among actual vocal researchers, it is classified as an ordinary traditional Italian vocal method. I think so too.

Nice to meet you. I'm curious about the last high note? The way to breathe better is to not pay any attention to breathing. Just take a deep breath and hold that breath. At this time, keep your body relaxed. After taking a deep breath, your body should not stiffen or exert too much force. Just take a deep breath, make a relaxed body, and make a sound. The best breathing method is to focus only on the moment you take a deep breath, take a good breath, and then not think about your breathing after that. We don't switch to falsetto in high notes. We use our true voice all the time. However, the shape of the vocal cords in our human body and throat changes when we produce high notes. In doing so, we need to find an elastic resonance that maintains comfort rather than a strong force for high notes. So if you think about it, it's actually a mixture of true voice and falsetto. To put it more simply, I'm trying to lower my true voice, but it's not simply a falsetto switch, but a natural falsetto. If you study the anatomy of the vocal cords in the throat, you can have a clearer idea and feeling. Finally, in order to sing the last high note, you have to pass through a door called Passaggio. If you sing a high note without passing through this door, you can have many serious problems. You must learn the Passaggio technique. This technique can be acquired naturally, or on the contrary, you must learn the correct technique from someone. It would be best if you could acquire it naturally, but it is not easy. I recommend that you learn the correct vocalization method through the most ideal learning. I do not recommend studying by watching too many vocalization methods uploaded on KZbin because you are poor. I would like to advise you to study with the help of an expert even if you study once a month by working part-time. If you try to save money because you are poor, you will only develop more serious bad habits, and if you misunderstand various vocalization methods on KZbin and sing, you can have many problems. You have to be careful. These days, you can even record with your smartphone. Even if you only receive one lesson a month, receive lessons with the help of an expert. When you receive lessons, record them... I recommend that you study by repeatedly watching the videos you studied once. The high notes of a tenor must pass through this gate well to find a good sound. It is not an easy challenge. However, it is said that heaven helps those who help themselves.
