First, I think she IS recognized. But, I know the reason to what you're actually asking: Lack of activity. Last music released here was 26 months ago. During that time I probably discovered (and started following/subscribing) 150 other great creative talented artists that have been more active. I think Ruelle's songs are great, but if you don't release you don't get streamed or increased following
