Ruen is one of the better powerheads from the states. He's not as well-rounded as Milky, but I don't see many cats trying hollowback 2000s. Why do you think he's not in the elite US power set? Which Americans with power would you take over him? Also, what would happen internationally (where Ruen has been successful with Killafornia) has nothing to do with his status in the US.

the battle was very close although milky came out strong at the beginning, he was kind of slacking around the 5 min mark meanwhile ruen was more consistent with the level of explosiveness. I couldn't think of a more perfect match up.
