Did they nerf anything for this build recently? I used to get chunked by power scepter constantly, but I've barely seen it the last few months. Fighting scepter feels so much different than other power thief builds. You can sort of position and kite a bit vs dagger or sword, and you can see axe burst setup. Scepter sort of just spams huge bursts from out of nowhere constantly, and it's a struggle if your build doesn't have a lot of blocks/reflects.

Honestly power scepter is a meme. It's still strong but it's easily countered by someone who knows what they are against. It definitely hits like a truck but with reflect/cele being the meta it probably isn't played because it doesn't last. It certainly slaps people who aren't aware.

The build consistently over everything except *that one harbinger build* does about 5-7k with scepter/dagger 3. Against squishies it definitely does more exciting numbers, but I think it's viability comes from the fact that unless you dodge/block/reflect every single attack your health will get chunked no matter what you are against. Steal into Dagger 5 is the setup, procs Fireworks and your boons, dodge back for some extra damage from Havoc Specialist and Weakening strikes. Wait for them to dodge or blow a cooldown then just unload. It's also viable with Bound but I liked the ability to clear more distance better. Still messing with a bunch on the build, I want to see if I can make it more consistent but it's definitely fun in it's current incarnation.
