@@وطن-ت6ح الدولمه كل واحد يسويها ع طريقته اهم شي هم الخضروات الي تنحشي مثل الباذنجان والفلفل والبصل والحشوه اهم شي اللحم مفروم مع الدهنه نسميها لية الخروف يصير الطعم غير ..وينظاف للحشوه حمضيات مثل دبس رمان او ملح الليمون قليل جدا ومعجون طماطم فد ملعقتين وتوابل مثل الكركم الكاري اي نوع تحبو يرهم واكو خاص بالدولمه واهم شي معاها ليمون مجفف مطحون وتخليها ع نار عاليه وتظيف ماء يغطي كل الخضروات وتبقى ع نار هادئه جدا بعد متغلي وتستاهل التعب كلش طيبه وسلامتكم

Hi! Super impressed with your videos, Rufy, all of the meals make my mouth water! I have made stuffed green bell peppers before, with chopped onions, cooked rice, ground beef and spices, then topped them with tomato sauce and cheese and baked them, but, have never stuffed a variety of vegetables like eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, etc. like you. You are so clever and talented, poised and polite and a pleasure to watch! It's entertaining and enjoyable, thank's! 👍

This reminds me of when my dad would make stuffed bell peppers. He always made a tomato-based sauce and he'd used cooked rice in the meat mixture. He'd always have mashed potatoes on the side. It looks delicious. 🤤

dolma is a turkish dish. its a traditional turkish dish created by turks, the name is a literal turkish word meaning stuffed. i know in many countries some dishes are shared, but if you are not an iraqi yourself at least (and i assume you arent) please be considerate and dont call it that way.

نحط تحت ضلوع او عظام، وممكن بدون بس لازم نضع دهن او زيت قبل المواد حتى يتحمص البصل، بصراحه اول مره اسمع دولمتنا فيها سماك، ربما اتطور المطبخ العراقي واحنا مغتربين، بس عاشت ايدجحلوه وموادها رائعه، جربي اعصري تمر هند مع الماء افضل طعم بكثير من معجون الطماطه،خصوصاً ان معجون الطماطه مع الماء ياثر سلبي على تحميص البصل، وهو اهم شيء في الدولمه عند العراقيين، شكرا عالفيديو، تحياتي لك🌹👍🌴🦋
