I almost suffered the same case but Luckily by Gods grace no DOT on the made story was connecting to the other. There was total confusion from police, the prosecutor from the office of the DDP, the judge and even myself 🤣 they had to terminate it almost immediately. I learned later that they wanted to cover up a crime with me, 'sacrificial lamb'.

Poor judgement by the magistrate. Where was he when the crime was being done? Alabi. What were the evidences that was presented to the court? What placed him on the scene? Our courts are kangaroos court. Full stop. Prosecutor was supposed to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that Duncan committed the crime.
