He was outstanding in 1992 in particular. Jughead was one of a handful of players at Manly during that transition period between 1987 and the mid 90s (Hosking, O'Donnell to name a few others) that weren't around to soak up the Grand final winning accolades but did a lot to guide the team back up to the top.
