In this video we are going to dive in to the importance of a rugby player's footwork in relation to tackling.
Massive thanks to NTK RFC for allowing us to film at their wonderful stadium. NTK RFC is a rugby club situated in Parow North, Northern suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa, and was founded in 1951. They are currently playing in the Western Province Super League A (top amateur rugby league/competition in the Western Cape)
