My first boat was a DB build, he's retired now and mowing the lawn at ABNB or was last year.. The build was superb. Lovely boat reminds me of my old one for sure. I have passed it many times in MK since it was launched

Likes: Nicely cared for, full size tub, open plan means you can arrange it to suit, lots of light and the shutters are beautiful, it's a widebeam. Dislikes: Need to replace two appliances, would prefer a gas stove, the full bath in the stern is wasted space (half bath would have done the job), no idea what the engine hours are, it's a widebeam Special marks: Bumble, because dogs love boats at 107k, it's not bad. I'd turn the stern bathroom into a half bath or take it out completely and put in a breakfast counter. And rent a narrowboat if I wanted to explore the full canal system.

She looks like a good possible restaurant boat. Great space, big kitchen w/counter divider. Back bedroom for an employee break room, family space and storage for restaurant supplies. Employee bathroom. I'd set up small cafe chairs and tiny tables outside as well. The black scorched step wood is alarming and would need investigating and some water staining on steps and inside closets to look into.
