Until kids are playing in schools, it's not going to happen. UK, NZ, Aus, RSA... these kids have rugby balls before they start school, the intuitive skills they have before they even start playing is crazy. They'll certainly grow in depth with the MLR, but jumping up the ladder a significant amount in the foreseeable future isn't something I'd put money on despite wanting it to happen.

@@bremCZ I’d say South Africa has the biggest playing number and most athletes but leinsters conversion rate is rediculous. NZ definitely something special
