The only video on this Carbine that shows how to adjust the takedown knob. Thank you.

13:35 Excellent point. This looks like a superb take down design. Locking lugs on barrel go into receiver mortice and then the adjustable locking nut holding it tight upon indexing the barrel.

Great detailed look at this great gun. I love mine. Only thing I can add is to use LockTite Blue on threads. Look into Mcarbo internal up grades to make it a very reliable tank of a gun. Also if you adjust length of pull look up in the hollow stock. I wrapped OEM parts after Mcarbo upgrades in a piece of old sock and store in butt stock. I also used piece of old sock to store 3 9mm rds in there. You never know!

I love mine. I waited for the chassis model.....no modifications needed, just an optic and I'm good.

Very enjoyable and comprehensive overview of this carbine. I picked one up a few days ago. Unfortunately mine is the 10 round non threaded model. The only one my lousy state allows. I have one tiny suggestion. Ruger supplied 3 allen keys, stock spacers, and 2 magazine adapters. Ruger could include a small threaded cap to install on whichever side you dont have the charging handle. The open threads allow an avenue for dirt and debris to enter. I solved the issue with a 1/4” long set screw. I know im nitpicking, but just a thought.

I will be getting one of these, I may wait a few months to see if Magpul comes out with stocks for it. I like the same light as you, for the money you can’t beat it. Great review

Can't find a single thing I'd change on mine. Love the weight for accuracy. Open sights are perhaps the best I've used. Now to try my red dot on it.

Thanks for the close up looks. I'm sure like this offering by Ruger.

Does switching the mag release button to left handed work for glock gen 4 mags? Or will gen 3 and work older? I ask because gen 3 and older mags don’t have the notches on both sides.

Can anyone tell me if the lower without the barrel attached in below 20.6 inches. This is without the spacers. thanks!

Very lengthy but very well done. Worth watching every second. I have one on layaway and am pretty excited about this rifle. Already have a Vortex Spark ar red dot waiting to go on it. I liked and subscribed. Two thumbs up!!

I just want them to make it with a wood stock. Is that so much to ask?
I surprised that it weighs almost seven pounds. My M1 carbine weighs just over five pounds and is more powerful. I would of thought the PC would weigh similar to my carbine.
@johnklimas14874 жыл бұрын
The worst part of the PC are the sights. They are junk. At 90 yards I can hit a 14" x 17" , all day, with factory sights.

A really detailed look and really appreciated. I'm looking forward to hearing how consistent (or inconsistent) the accuracy will be with a receiver mounted optic and removable barrel. That is my biggest concern and the reason I wish Ruger offered a version like this: www.flickr.com/photos/mick_davies/40325046241/in/dateposted/
