Trust me, *DONT* push the edges. You will end up with hurting or broken nails. Also dont just wedge something in there, you could break the screen or glass coating. Just insert a flexible card/ or very thin but sturdy paper into the straight edges. Then after that, slowly wiggle the corners free. Ps. You may send me a thanks for the fact your iPad is now free and also intact. 😂 ❤

You can spray cleaning liquid onto a cloth and wipe, do not spray directly onto the case or trackpad. Microfiber cloths can be used effectively with just water, however non-toxic or chemical cleansers that do not contain bleach can be used. Ensure the case is completely dry before storing.

Pop out your tablet and put it back in and the connector should work and it will start working again I had the same isue
