The very first LEGO Star Wars actually did have unlimited jetpacking for Jango Fett! I was always disappointed that they changed that for The Complete Saga. Granted, you could only hover over the ground and would inexplicably fall into any pits, but it was still cool and I liked that it was different from the astromechs.

@@peppermintshamrock For those reasons and differences in minikit locations, I consider LEGO Star Wars I and LEGO Star Wars II as separate games from LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga. It makes me very sad that many people don't play them and that RuggedEagle excludes them from his videos for being overshadowed by Complete Saga. Seriously, the battles in Dexter's Diner were much more epic than the ones in the Cantina. Yoda's floating chair was much more elegant. It didn't have the hated Bounty Hunter Pursuit level. It had the funny "Whaaa" shout from the Royal Guards in the first level, which was completely removed in Complete Saga. What makes me happy is that Quick Brick Games gives a lot more content to the first two games.

Decently sure the stone giants in the Hobbit are for the bonus million stud level, why they aren't in the roster, probably because they're just slightly taller than most big figs, or they just didn't want to ruin the illusion. Still good to mention them. Great video nonetheless!

This was a pretty cool video. I always appreciate people digging into games and pulling out their unused/hidden characters. I think it would have been good to make a distinction between unused characters and boss or generic enemies/npcs though. In the case of some of these, they aren't necessarily there because they were intended to be playable at one point. They are potentially only there out of necessity due to how the game engine handles characters. Lego Dimensions does have unused characters, apparently, but there's no way to access them at the moment. Lord Vortech is one of these characters. I'll also mention that you can also load the Joker Bot final boss from Lego Batman 2 as a playable character, but it barely functions and just t-poses. Interesting enough though, you can stand on its shoulders as another character though.

I know this character is technically used in TCS in a few levels with extra toggle but I still wanted to include it just for how obscure it is. If I recall, on the Xbox 360 version of TCS, you could play as the Rancor boss from the "Jabba's Palace" level in one of the bonus levels. Despite the fact that he doesn't have any attacks and is pretty slow, he's invincible and looks pretty cool!

In fact, you can play as Rancor in any version of LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga except the Nintendo DS, which I consider a completely new game like any handheld game that has a home console version. I was able to play with the Rancor in the PlayStation 3 version of the game, and the level where you can play with it is the Minikit Bonus from Episode I, named Tatooine. Before Complete Saga, we had a playable Baby Rancor in the Game Boy Advance version of LEGO Star Wars II, one of the exclusive characters in that version along with R2-Q5 (who would later be playable in Complete Saga). In LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the adult Rancor would become a regular playable character alongside Wampa, who was playable in LSW2 and LSWCS via Extra Toggle in the Episode V Minikit Bonus, named Hoth.

One time, I actually managed to do a very weird glitch when fighting the Snake Boss in the first Lego Indiana Jones. I remember that I tried to replicate it by falling into the pit just below the Snake Boss while it died or something like that. After doing that, something really interesting happened: Indiana Jones' character icon (or whatever character I was playing as) appeared as the Snake Boss' icon. So both the player 1 icon and boss icon were Indiana Jones. I'm not sure if anybody knows of this glitch or not but I found it really interesting looking back and wanted to share it.

My favorite non playable character in Lego Batman 1 is the Jack in a Box because he has all unique animations and the most unique way on how he works, you can even have him hide in his box and pop out with a gun. I can see why he wasn't playable though because his jump animation is basically a T pose and he has to have his jump on or his shooting animations don't work properly
