My grandson was born a day after Ruhaan. My observation is that Ruhaan's interaction via facial expressions and voice (sounds) to other people and his surroundings is noticably lacking. Dipika, it would be worth evaluating once. This comes from a place of love. Ruhaan is a sweet baby and of course has lovely parents in you and Shoaib ❤

Rather than taking 2, you should have taken Dipika's mom as Ruhaan seems to be more at ease with her than you and Dipika.
