やっぱりプロは違いますね👍️色んな器具があって…素人のチームとは違いますよね😅私は身長が現在165cmですがジャンプ力があまり無く、足にオモリを付けて練習していましたが、これ本当は遣ってはいけない練習方法なんですよね😵バレーを辞めてから知りました😭塁君、面白いです😆
