Turmeric powder - ¼tsp
Other Ingredients:

Chopped Coriander leaves - 2Tbsp
Ginger paste - 1Tbsp
Garlic paste - ½tsp
Slit Green Chilli - 3nos.
Crushed Cardamom - 3 pods
Cinnamon stick - 1no.
Cloves - 4-5nos.
Bay leaves - 2nos.
Dried chilli - 2nos.
Cumin seeds - ½tsp
Turmeric powder - ½tsp
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1tsp
Garam masala powder - 1tsp
Ghee / Clarified butter - 1tsp
Mustard Oil - 3-4 Tbsp
Salt to taste
