if i trigger my Powerbank with that TC66 to PD 12v Will the female USB C in tc66 also outputting PD 12v ? So i can power my 12v 1a Router with this trigger meter..

yes, if you trigger 12v from your charger using the usb meter. then from the output of the usb meter you can run your 12v router. But, its better to just buy the dedicated PD trigger for this purpose. Because, pluging in the usb meter every time to trigger the voltage you want is very time consuming.

Sir is zinq powerbank safe? Because they are too cheap.i think they might not have a good pcb board.

My powerbank is still working well. I have not had any problem so far. and the plastic is also good.
