Improved Mobs (The mod that adds the difficulty number on the top left) is one of my favorite mods just due to how interesting it makes survival once the difficulty gets super high

Hey! I played a modpack with the mod that adds the horde. God, it was horrific. I mean, that was part of the concept, but it was terrible. We had to encase our bases in obsidian to protect ourselves, and even that wasn’t perfect.

you could have kept your original items by setting the gamerule of player sleep percentage to 200. Meaning you would always need double the players to sleep. idk if thats a thing btw
