As a South African I approve. Boerewors is amazing for a quick meal. Try cooking it in a cast iron pan or pot to preserve the juices (uncovered and turn it as the colour changes. Cook it until the sausage gets firm) ... pair it with Pap (pour the sauce over the Pap), you will never get enough!

Every time I go four-wheel driving on the dirt I always have my vehicle in 4WD high range as this gives me more control over the vehicle on dirt and in the corners. But might also add if then start getting a little tough I will lock the centre diff in and then front and rear
