Yes, exercise is known to be good for depression, but when you have anxiety that is even worse than your already near-rock bottom depression, taking a 30 minute walk is unfortunately not often an option lol. Also if anybody feeling similar reads this comment, one solution I’ve found is to constantly be walking when I’m doing whatever it is I’m doing inside my house. Pacing at all times has actually done a surprising amount of good for me, and I wouldn’t be all that surprised if one day it turns out to be what’s kept me pushing though each new day on this rock. Edit: forgot to mention that a pet can help too. My cat likes to play tag, and that helps me keep especially active because my goodness she is a quick cat.
