If someone with a Business Premium account creates rule-based filters and includes them in views, can others without a Business Premium account still see the filter colors?

Will these groups convey with a project template, or is there a way to copy from one project to another? That would be a key feature for us. You mentioned hierarchy in the beginning, but it looks like all the groups are on the same level (no sub-groups)?

Yes you need a business premium account to create the groups but once they are created users with a business license can view and use those existing groups
