Yes, I use Golden Ratio/spiral a lot, rule of thirds and sometimes diagonal compositions.

Because I just released this one about the rule of thirds and it performed so so bad and it had so few views, I don't think the general audience has so much interest in watching this type of videos. I might talk about it in another video where I do a full artwork and I can explain there why I used one of those "rules"
