It's a separate song from Ruler of Everything, but since the songs link into each other (and were likely made for each other) people sometimes forget that they're two different songs (even though one's only 13 seconds long!) I do everything in GarageBand using custom instruments! I usually just listen to the song for a few hours and then go measure by measure, writing and carefully tweaking the music until I think it sounds good
