I have to say... A RULING is only a House Rule if it becomes permanent. If you make a Ruling in the heat of the game, then look up the Rule after the session and then decide that the RAW would be used in the future, the Ruling is not a House Rule. EDIT: And then Squirrel Hermit says the same thing.
