Rules of Ihram

Assalamun aleykum wa Rahmatullahi wa BaraqatuHu Dear Respected Shaykh . May Allah Subhan AllaHu Ta Alaa reward you for this effort and inform us. May Allah make that Hajj to you Naseeb and let you perform as Mabrur. Every time when i went to Umrah i gave my sadaqa to workers of the Haram (Cleaning ladies-man , service man etc.) Our Imam said they are generally poor and needy. Do you think that my sadaqa were acccepted ? i couldnt know where to find and how to reach to really needy people as you know when we move with group of people it is hard to separate and find your ways... or is it acceptable that while being in Haram but using internet giving sadaqa over webside of Charity ? can be equal to and multipled hasanat as Psychically given there ?
