They left out one of the best parts. I don't think it's her hard drive having problems but it could be a problem with the Motherboard. Considering that my old laptop.... had a motherboard that had problems when booting up certain games like Risk of Rain 2 and Minecraft ironically, though it did have its Hard Drive SSD dying so.... who knows.
