Hi Alexandra, For most of the videos, we are using app-generated music. I know it's not too exciting, but it works well. I am using the "percussion tutor" app. There are a lot of Cuban and Afro-Cuban rhythms in this app. It's a fantastic tool to improve your musicality and pracitce.

At the bottom of the player there is a settings button. You can choose the playback speed there. You can go 75% or even 50% of the original speed. I think it might help a lot :)

1:37 - cachan walking 3:00 - 1 basic rumba to the side, 1 cachan, 2 cachans to the left, 2 cachans to the right, 1 basic in a spot, travel to the left twice, reverse travel, 1 basic side 8:44 - repeated 9:48 - slowly with music 11:12 - faster with music
