This was beautifully done. It's also one of the rare performances this year where the couple dances with each other, rather than at each other. They took great care to demonstrate that the moments of distance were only in the service of drawing each other back into the dance, and not to showcase solo performances. That's a key element that a lot of performers are missing this year.
