I liked seeing the Bible scripture on the blackboard! I have watched a few of your videos and never noticed it before! Thank you for your videos, they help when I’m away from the dance studio!

Hey Alexey....thank you for your videos, and yes, you are answering my own question about practicing at home. I appreciate getting some of the technique, since the dance studio and dancing with my instructor is more about the connection and partnering. I'm looking forward to your other videos. I've been dancing since 6, yet mostly contemporary and ballet and then just freestyle after college. Partner dancing is a new foray into dancing for me and not only am I having the time of my life, I use this process as professional development for my somatic coaching and healing career.

Audrey, thank you very much for your inspiring comment, i’m glad that my videos are helping you. I am as well used to dance contemporary style and I know how much it is different from ballroom. It is so awesome to here, that you are using Ballroom dancing for your professional development, I am a big believer that dancing can help in many areas in life. Keep it up👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hi Alexey. Is this for a normal forward walk or a delayed walk? I've seen a delayed walk explained kinda like this and a normal forward walk explained quite differently...

Tayo Thank you for great question, this are fundamental elements of weight transferring which can be applied for both regular and delayed walks.
