US Customers are in general ARROGANT. A little hard to pleace them some times. They feel they deserve ROYAL TREATMENT. The WORST part is that they HAVE THE MONEY BUT NOT THE CLASS. BAD COMBINATION ENDEED

What room class was that? Looks like a suite. I have a reservation for this January, but I have been reading very mixed reviews and am a bit concerned. I am staying there before a cruise and looks like a great location for pre-cruise.

It was a suite upgrade. Amazing location fairly comfortable not much to worry about honestly
