I don’t understand why the FL lets him choke and then threaten her with a knife. This drama was a bit disturbing. Do not like the ML’s character at all.

I’ve seen a drama with this script before, very difficult to play and very confusing. The ML is an aggressive, tormented, schizophrenic man due to sexual abuse as a young boy by a gang of older men. He grew up as a very violent, sadistic man that relieves his pain by murder and mayhem, killing with knifes, guns, swords and feeding his victims to his dogs. Why the FL needs to be some dying magical being of the mountain is unclear, but she is not overly scared of him. Still it is weird that a kind girl is send to rescue a monster of a man. This version is rather tame (I don’t like any female abuse or misogyny at all) with the violence and the distrust. I guess that’s why I like this one better. The ML seem to have a genuine longing to be loved by the girl, hence all the kisses and hugging. In the other version the acting was more emotional and the ML more traumatised and irrational. It’s a difficult script, where the abused boy and the man and monster he grew up in are a real dilemma to get into. In this version the FL is more believable as magical being with real abilities.

The story was hella confusing. The subtitle didnt help either. ML has abusive tendency which is quite toxic. Both leads did well in acting. You could feel the despair, disgust, hate. The best part of this drama was the kisses. Kisses were fire though 🔥🔥🔥. Passionate and packed with emotion. I wish to see both of them again in drama with better script and story. Great casting.

SF și nici măcar unul bun!!!! Te ajută traducerea până mai apoi. Trei sferturi din film fiecare vorbește cu el însuși așa că se holbează doar unii la alții și evident nimeni nu înțelege nimic. Nici eu nu am priceput mare lucru. Sunt și foarte multe scene tăiate așa că încerci să faci niște legături între acțiuni. În afară de niște mozoleli de ai impresia că acum o lasă fără amigdale, în rest nu cred că merită timpul pierdut.
