Sacrificial Blood has a chance to spawn when you kill an enemy while the enemy is under the bleeding effect, or when it should have been inflicted (if the attack would have activated the effect of backstabber and it was killed by it)

Pretty sure sacrificial blood starts to spawn whenever you have a blood related item

my guess this has something to do with enemies dying under the bleeding effect. for some reason i think that should be tied to the q2/3 item from devilroom that has chance to fire blade tears. perhaps a bug
