I finally got a room to make into my craft room. I can’t wait for spring so I can spray paint all of plastic boxes and bins that I have. They are that over popular teal color. I’m so ready for a different color scheme. Spray paint is your best friend if you want a color change or a freshen up.

I’m using the laundry bags from dollar tree to contain floral pieces! Sometimes I buy the long floral garlands then disassemble them to use just pieces of it. Laundry bags are great to see what’s left without squishing them

I also use pencil bags for puzzles. You can label each bag with the clear window and is cost effective.

I love your sweet pup! I used to have a red long-haired Doxie! Miss her so very much! 🥹. I have an entire bedroom that has been turned into my craft room…my Happy Place! It needs purged, and organized…thank you for the inspiration! Cindi (from WV). 😊

That cords in the bag thing is pretty clever. You could also use extra quilt fabric and make simple bags that can’t been seen through.

5:25 These are genius. I have been dreading making laminate pouches to hold my dies and stencils. These are perfect. Best top. Where did you get the small three drawer organizer? This would be perfect for all my resin, paint pouring, and sewing supplies. And my inks, mica powders, such. I am definitely getting the drawers you first showed as well. My craft room was taken over by my roommate's brother who lost his home, and had nowhere to live. As the brother is blind, I just couldn't let him stay on the street. But now all my crafts (including three sewing machines, need new homes. In my bedroom. I don't regret it at all. I like the brother better than the roommate I have had six years.

Those little drawers are versions of the ultra popular IKEA wooden Fira boxes. They made my life so much more organized! I added peg board over/behind them for tools i use often, like scissors, the paper cutters, hole punches, etc and tape rolls. Making “stations” for different projects improved my overall creative happiness.

I keep watching organizational videos and am just stuck. Some of the problem is just my brain (multiple sclerosis) and some of the problem is with so many people and dogs constantly pulling at me. I have a houseful of family and a houseful of pets too. Sometimes I kinda wanna scream and or pull my hair out. Prayers to Jesus Christ for me to get organized would be so appreciated. ❤ sometimes I get up and start but it’s easier to just sit down and forget about it or take a nap. But I want to craft with my papers and my glitters and fun embossing tools etc. 😢

Yes it can be so overwhelming. I have 2 suggestions: Break things into 20 minute projects Ask for help from your family, with a reward at the end. Hope this helps and don’t give up!

Body Doubling is extremely helpful when u have ADHD and can't make yourself do anything. The Double is effective just sitting there reading or talking, they don't need to help you! Just being there is the help u need. And yes, it works virtually, too.

We are soon going to be downsizing from a 6 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment. Our daughter is still at home, so we won't have an extra bedroom to make into a craft/office space. Would you happen to have any ideas for making a corner of our bedroom into a craft/office space?

We bought two of those those coveralls years ago and they have been a different Halloween costume every year. :) So far, in them, we have been exterminators, the band DEVO, Ghostbusters, Willy Wonka’s Mike Teevee, and a few more I’m forgetting at the moment. It’s our Halloween challenge every year. “What can we do with the coveralls this year?”

🌈Shannon, this is great. 🌈 Pro tip: Label in lower case. All-Caps is very hard to read. Even a little causes eye strain and makes you tired. Please also consider making your segment headings in sentence case (capitalize the first word, like a sentence) or all lower case, and don't spell out numbers. Use their beautiful forms--u can try different fonts just for the numbers to see what is pleasing. This is fun and will improve reading comprehension greatly. 🌈 Just found u. ❤ Thanks for getting me all fired up to clean my huge closet I can't even walk into for a year! ❤
