i mean he doesn't go left. he just falls straight down and goes in the 100cp. you're pointing at the wrong place :(

If you watch closer you'll see that you can't skip 1 tile more at right side. There are just tele 31 tiles. Need to hit a place where Tele 100 is next to Tele 31. Either left or down, but down (as in Video) is most easiest way :)
