Yes brother. You need jdk to be installed and then the environment variable set too. kzbin.info/www/bejne/g3_VgZaimt1lbpo In the above link, I have explained how to install JDK and set the environment variables as well. Ignore the IDE part as it is not needed. Hope this helps you.

Add import line in the top of the program. import java.util.Scanner; Add this line and it would work
