I've been a runner for 20 years. The whole process becomes a physical, mental, and spiritual practice of depending on God for each TIRED step, self-talk, and preseverance!! You just don't stop running when you're tired....that's the beginning of a GOOD run that leads to another hour! Running has gotten me through all kinds of processing of life challenges and hard decisions that have shaped my personal and professional life for the better!! (Moving to Atlanta included) I highly recommend starting out walking and praying, then jogging and praying, and then running and praying...it's a process. Blessing, Faith

I saw 8am & portion of the 11am service. Went back to rewatch, it was blocked. The 6 pm ran fine but shortly afterwards it was also blocked. I was able to watch full service on their FB page. It was AWESOME!!🙌🏽💖🙏🏽

Exactly! I was just talking to a friend about this when we were at a restaurant having breakfast we noticed a family with kids having there iPads at the table that was never my kids they knew how to act without having electronics. When they were younger I used to get compliments of how well behaved my children were . That’s because they were taught mannerisms. You shouldn’t have to bring electronics to a table for your kids to act right just take the time to teach them.

Running the race a powerful message Bishop we all has our own race to run that is set by God designed by God we fall make mistakes we have a faithful God that will always pick us up again and keep us in the race there are days when I don't want to be discipline so I endurance with the grace of God and keep moving to stay in the race obedience to God's will is powerful he will never let us fail when we continue to endurance
