I'm sorry to burst your bubble but anybody over a thousand dollars isn't a budget bike and I wouldn't want anybody stealing a bike that I paid over $1,000 for

I get it. It seems like a lot. But I am only comparing it to the cost of bikes across the bike industry and anything around $1000 is in the lower cost section. Especially an ebike.
