I didn't need to talk to Volkanon and I still got this event. Oh in order to trigger Leon's other event you need to say yes to teach his language. When your talking day by day this topic will eventually.

Cyndy Goldie Unfortunately, all the town events in this game are random, so you can't really know when a certain one will trigger. There is one way to try to "force" an event. Basically the idea is that the game decides in advance what day an event will trigger on, but the event itself is random until the day of the event. So if you can figure out when an event will trigger, you can save the night before an event and reload until you get the event you want. More detailed description below: 1. Make sure you don't have any events in progress. If you do, finish them. If there aren't any in your journal, talk to everyone in town and enter all houses/areas to make sure you don't trigger one. 2. Once you have no events in progress, play normally and save your game before you sleep. The next day, talk to everyone and enter all houses/areas to see if an event triggers. If one doesn't, repeat this step (play normally and save before sleeping) until one does. 3. If an event has triggered but it's not the one you want, reload your game, and put a character involved in the event in your party (like Leon for this event). Save your game again and go to sleep. 4. The next day, see if the character leaves your party. If they don't, reload and sleep again, and repeat that until they leave the party. Once they leave the party, you've triggered an event that they are involved with, so you can see if it's the one you want.

I was bored. The door to her house was locked due to the early time and not having a high enough FP with her. So I picked up a bird while I was waiting for it to unlock, then decided I might as well knock her out with it. Throwing birds/other objects at people doesn't lower their FP, afaik. I haven't seen it do it anyway.

That's why pick old language's or do or create new things so there not forgotten and other people job to remember for those who are no longer alive or no can't remember that's probably why we get history lesson at school so we what people past done and don't repeat there mistakes but at times we forget that though which is kind of sad at times.

...I can't trigger the first scene... I've tried everything (only have to talk to two people, how hard can it be? ) and yet, Leon just stands there with Vishnal. It's been a month of trying, and nothing... thinking about reloading the save so I can avoid this event.

Miasimon You probably need to get further in the main plot. Because Doug's so connected to it, you can't finish events he's involved with if you hit certain points in the main plot. For instance (potential spoilers below for Doug, if I do it right and get it behind a read more): If he's in the clinic or not speaking to you.

***** Thanks for the advice! Doug is in the clinic on my game so thats probably the problem here. I now will have to fight two more dragons, finish the quest, and go back to this one. I am in a relationship with Vishnal, and ever since this event had begun I can't seem to date him, but he says it's because he has work tomorrow. Is it just because of the event occurring?

In other events with the guys do you need Venti the dragon there cause I've been walking around day trigger any but I got the events you shown already triggered. Other then the girls sleep over that is.

Clorica and Volkanon don't have anything to do with the event (I was just showing what they say about it). The event is completely random, so you can't really make it trigger. Unless it has already triggered and is listed in your diary? If it has and part of the event isn't playing, then you need to get a little further in the plot because it's probably Doug's fault.

Blame Doug, pretty much any time an event isn't triggering correctly. He's part of this event later on and such events won't trigger correctly if he's unavailable or not speaking to you. You'll need to wait a little or progress some more in the plot for the event to continue.
