I agree theres needs to be south american servers....however saying they cant do content with 150ms ping is just sad. I live in very rural America and dealt with over 350ms ping for years and was avle to do every bit of content including inferno. My download speed from my isp was around 2mbps. You can easily play this game with lag, while harder yes but still.
