I've had three bike fits over the last four years, each time I've changed something significant - starting riding, clip on aero bars, TT bike - and it has always felt a lot better after the fit than before it.

Really helpful! I am running a sprint in June, and the Chicago (international) in August this year, after focusing exclusively on running the past few years and running full and half marathons. It's very intimidating for me as an older (40's) athlete to jump into something so entirely new, but your content has helped! I just signed up via TrainingPeaks this week and am about to begin using one of your beginning triathlete programs.

Helpful, thanks! I'm mostly a runner and cyclist but have dabbled in triathlons the last few years. A few sprint distance and 1 Olympic distance. I just need to fix leg cramp issues. I've dealt with painful calf cramping for years......have not yet been able to find solutions. Only made it through half of the lake swim in my Olympic tri race and had to hop on a boat to get back to the transition area because both of my calves starting going a little nuts. I was able to continue on to the bike and run portion and eventually finished.

I would love a video on structuring a week with just cycling and running (duathlon) if possible?
