Nice list. Although, I'm a bit surprised you didn't include the Daz Bones event medal. With Ms. Doublefinger and a bounty hunter, the set has +28% unconditional cap speed and +6% from Ms. DF. Also, if we get a future Mr. 1 unit (when he fought Zoro), we can get +28% unconditional from just 2 medals (great for non-maxed units). With a third medal (Officer Agent or Bounty Hunter), we can get +34% unconditional cap speed which is insane. The last +6% to get +40% can be on Ms. DF. Right now I like to run Daz Bones + Ms. DF and Johnny on runners without a means to reliably stay above 70% HP. For God Usopp I use Yosaku which is great.

There is another set which is sanji child + reiki child + reiju/vivi&karoo medal which gives u capture speed and some damage reduction

You can use the dressrosa luffy set or Big Mom, Katakuri and Buzzcut mochi. But I think the best is Roger, Ex shanks and Shiryu medal is better for skill 1 cooldown.
