Hi Katy! I currently own my own dog training company where I specialize in one on one with the owner present. My goal is to eventually have my own facility. Hi! I love your doggy daycare practice! I work at Animal Care in ipswich Massachusetts as the kennel attendant and a lot of times we select dog friendly dogs and release them in the yard. However they're high energy and I know it's better to get that energy out before the dog get together. I'm looking for better ways to control that chaos for a safer environment. We can take the dogs on a long walk first we only have access to the yard. Would taking dogs out singly to get their energy out be a solution before we introduce them to group? I'd love to talk to you because where I work it's a one vet practice up front and out back we board/do doggie daycare on the side. We take in a lot of dogs that have been kicked out of daycare. We want our practice to be a safe place for our dogs and I think talking to you could help improve our kennel

You should probably install a proper bathtub (and maybe even outside) so your pipes don’t end up getting clogged with all the dirt and hair build up. I like how structured you manage things!! And like seeing girls managing a few dogs at a time. Not sure if you already offer this service or if it’s a high demand in your area, but Boarding is the next big source of revenue after training. Then you have grooming services. If you don’t want to offer the full grooming services you can just offer the basics: nail trims, blow outs, brushing, teeth brushing, anal excretions, bath and fully dried..just no cutting. Easy money. Keep up the great work and love your Dobie :)
