So true! I can't work due to disability so the past year has fucked my schedule and perspective on time and date but basing my schedule on my siblings going to school has helped

It's nice when you can do that. I ironically enough cannot do that when I'm working because of a 3 shift job covering all hours of the day so my sleep schedule has to be by design wacky as hell. Even the shifts don't start at any one designated time lol. But definitely try whatever tricks you can to have that because you actually end up sleeping so good. The feeling of just falling asleep quick and then snapping awake automatically at a certain hour is magical.
