Information for the people who doesn’t watch the flash/read: the reverse flash is the second fastest flash the reason is because the reverse flash 1) he created his own speed force (this just means that he can just stay in his own speed force to charge himself like a battery) and 2) he created a device called the tachyon device which is a device he used to power up his speed when he lost it in season 1. The flash that Slogo was wearing is the flash suit from season 1 (which is when Barry was the noob flash barely reaching Mach 2). And Jay Garrick, he’s supposed to be very fast but not as fast as the flash. So idk how this mod pack guy screwed that up. Slow motion definition: the slow motion in this game and series just indicates that the speedsters are so fast that they slow down/stop time. Crainer watch some of the flash from now on...
