thank you so much for this video, i have been struggling on and off with this for around 3 years now and could never figure out why. will start to do this whilst consulting a physician. hopefully i can finally get back to running and moving pain free 🙏

I have been struggling with this for over 6 months. When it becomes chronic it’s so frustrating. I’ll keep trying
